The delivery showed up late, i was starting to feel like it was never coming. But once it finally arrived, everything was okay, so I can’t be too mad

The shoes were fine overall, but the sizing was off so I had to send them back. The refund process ended up being really frustrating. I emailed a few times and the replies were slow, then it took longer than they originally said to actually get my money back. They’re not the worst company or anything, but i don’t think I’d order from them again if returns and refunds are this much of a hassle
